CRM & Campaign Coordinator

What you'll do

Waybetter is a boutique marketing agency that helps colleges and universities enroll more students. We run hyper-personalized, data-driven enrollment marketing campaigns for institutions of all shapes and sizes all over the country and these campaigns are managed daily by our team of powerhouse Marketing Account Managers.

But, after prospective students experience OUR multi-channel campaigns, we want to ensure they’re having positive interactions with the institutions themselves. In higher ed, that is achieved through optimal CRM setup and bulletproof marketing/communication strategy. That’s where you would come in.

The selected CRM & Campaign Coordinator candidate would work with the co-directors that run our CRM service line. Day-to-day you would assist them by focusing on these aspects of a college/universities’ CRM:

  • Technical infrastructure configuration and strategy
  • Reporting configuration and strategy
  • Tracking/analytics configuration and strategy
  • Email automation content, configuration, and strategy
  • Dynamic content configuration and strategy
  • Student-facing status page configuration and strategy

To give you a vision:

Some days you will be copywriting, some days you will be auditing and scoring existing CRM elements, some days you’ll be configuring an email drip campaign (advanced segmentation and all!), some days you’ll be brainstorming the best dynamic modules to feature in an Accepted student’s status page, some days you’ll be configuring that completely customized status page. The point is — each day will look different and you’ll constantly be expanding your knowledge.

  • The ability to write email and site content
  • Poise in client-facing situations
