GRACE’s passion is people. She thrives on supporting and driving the success of others, whether it’s her team or her clients. Seeing them grow and achieve their goals is what gets her up in the morning and (sometimes) keeps her up at night.

Over her 20+ year career, Grace has honed her ability to bring together people, process, technology, and data to enable successful marketing programs. 

Prior to joining Waybetter, Grace served in executive leadership roles at The Agora, an independent publishing and media company specializing in operations and analytics. She also worked at Actable as a trusted client partner of Fortune 100 companies in maximizing the use and value of customer data. Grace brings a deep understanding of digital direct marketing and data analytics.  

At Waybetter, Grace oversees the integration of strategy, technology, data, and operational excellence to execute campaigns that boost results. She leads our team of account managers and acquisition and digital advertising experts. Outside of the office, Grace enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters.
